Terms & Guarantee

You will be advised prior to commencement of work if stains present in your carpet, rug or furnishings may not be removed during the cleaning process. Our guarantee will not apply in these cases.

Sticky or hardened matter like glues, cement, caulk, silicone or other such compounds may not be removable from your carpets, rugs or fabrics and are not covered by this guarantee.

Damaged fabrics and/or carpets, rugs are also not covered by this guarantee. Some common examples of damage include: burns, tears, discolouration due to age/exposure, worn or threadbare material.
